Tariff 2010

Our rates are per room, per night and include a substantial continental breakfast.

For stays of 5 – 9 nights we offer a reduction of 5%

For stays of 10 nights and more we offer a reduction of 8%

Additional extra bed for a child, 10 euros per night, breakfast included.
Cot plus highchair, are available at 5 euros per night. A baby sitting service can be provided most evenings if required.

We will be happy to discuss a reduced rate for long term reservations.

Reservations
A deposit of €55 (or £50) per room, for each week or part week, is required to secure a reservation. This should be forwarded by cheque, drawn on an English sterling account or French Bank account, made payable to Mr & Mrs C J de la Fosse.  The address can be found at the bottom of this page.

Payment
We would appreciate payment of the balance due, for the full duration of your stay, upon your arrival. Where possible we request that this be paid in euros. Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit/debit cards.

Cancellations
Full refund of deposit will only be given provided notice of cancellation is received four weeks prior to the booked arrival date.

Arrival / Departure
We will be delighted to welcome our guests on first arrival at or after 4.30 pm.
Please always let us know in the event of late arrival (after 7pm) anticipated or otherwise.
Upon the day of departure, we would be grateful if guests could vacate the room by 10.30am.

Pets
We have tried, but there can be pandemonium when our two dogs get scent of another playmate about the place, so sadly, no pets please.

NB

As there is a good variety of restaurants and cafés to be found in Pézenas and the surrounding area we do not offer evening meal (Table d’hôte)

All prices are for 1 week (7 days) which must run from Saturday to Saturday during July and August
A deposit of €100 (or £100) for each week booked is required to secure a reservation. This should be forwarded by cheque, drawn on an English sterling account or French Bank account, made payable to Mr & Mrs C J de la Fosse.  The address can be found at the bottom of this page.  Payment of the balance due must be made upon arrival and, where possible, we request that this be paid in euros. Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit/debit cards.
 
Rental includes all usual running costs, bed linen, towels and tea towels (but not beach/pool towels)
During winter there will be an additional charge of 50€ per 7 days to cover heating.
Cot and high-chair available at no extra charge.  Regrettably no pets.
